This session will consist of a refresher for environmental service (EVS)/housekeeping leaders on getting back to basics! A strong foundation is critical in any EVS/housekeeping department and establishing the must haves will propel your program forward. Presenters will focus on the key elements of a solid EVS/housekeeping program. They will review commonly used terms, the importance of proper infection prevention and the critical role EVS/Housekeeping departments play in building upkeep and maintenance.
