Event Information

Title: Are you a "Leader" or a "Manager?" What's the Difference and How Do You Retain Employees Better.

Cost: Free to All Pass Types

Description:

A lot of new supervisors and managers are excited because they got the supervisor/manager title. However, does having the title mean they know how to lead a team?

You might be able to manage a team, but can you lead the team, grow the company, or manage them to maintain the company.

This session is devoted to fostering exceptional leadership in the cleaning industry, catering to organizations of all sizes and is going to explain the difference between a manager and a leader so that you can decide which one you are and which one you want to be.

When you're a leader, people will follow you to other jobs/companies just so that they can work for you. They will stay with you at your current company just so they can work with you.

Being a leader versus a manager will help with employee retention as well as recruitment through word of mouth.
