Prabhu Soundarrajan

Prabhu is an innovative, award-winning technology executive with proven track records for growth companies in industrial automation, sustainable energy, safety, waste services, test and measurement, manufacturing, buildings, sensors, software, Internet of Things, and utility markets.       

Prior to working at Service by Medallion, Prabhu served as Corporate Vice – President of Innovation & Technology for Republic Services (Fortune 300, a $12B solid waste and recycling leader). He brings his passion in plastics recycling, carbon capture, waste reduction, and 15 years of strategy and innovation experience to accelerate sustainable innovation through automation. He also served a decade in Honeywell safety, automation businesses as a marketing, business development, and P&L leader.         

Prabhu is a noted international speaker and author of over dozen articles and 30 patents. He is a member of the ISSA (Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association) Sustainability Committee, President of the International Society of Automation, and an advisory board member for students in Gonzaga University’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.
