Eric Boye is a marketing and customer experience leader on the Global CX Strategy team at Kimberly-Clark Professional where he guides and manages business teams across all regions to transform KCP into a more customer-centric organization. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Eric drove digital experience strategy at The Coca-Cola Company and worked as an experience design consultant for Fortune 500 companies leading futures-thinking and design-thinking projects to envision and design better customer experiences. Eric completed his MBA at the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his BA at the University of Michigan. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two girls.
