Shawn brings over 30 years of experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. His journey began with custom advertising specialties sold to college bookstores and various retail outlets during his college years. After a brief stint in the corporate world, Shawn's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Daycorp Mortgage in 1994. In 2004, he ventured into the world of Professional House Cleaning Services, which flourished under his guidance, growing to encompass 40 cleaning technicians and a dedicated team of managers.

In 2015, Shawn made the strategic decision to sell his cleaning company to Blue Skies Services, but he didn't stop there. He remained with Blue Skies and pioneered the industry's FIRST recruiting system, a game-changer that quickly caught the attention of others within the sector. This led to the birth of Blue Skies Recruiting, where Shawn played a pivotal role in its development.

Fast forward to 2023, Blue Skies evolved and was subsequently sold, with Shawn at the helm as Director. Today, the company is known as Hire Lead Chill LLC, and it specializes in recruiting for hundreds of service businesses across the nation. HLC also offers valuable training to small business owners, equipping them with leadership skills and the tools to create vibrant and successful business cultures.

Beyond his role as a business professional, Shawn is a dynamic speaker and consultant, particularly within the service industries. He is deeply passionate about serving others and is equally dedicated to his family.
