Began in the cleaning business by route cleaning branch banks in 1974. Progressed into project management and operations management cleaning Hi-rise office buildings in downtown Atlanta. I have managed the cleaning operations in large office parks, and was also the Cleaning Superintendent for the State of Georgia with the Georgia Building Authority. I 2010 I began the John M. Poole Company to offer training is safety and custodial operations management. Currently I am an Assessor for ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard( CIMS-GB). I also inspect hospitals for The American Institute for Cleaning Sciences. I provide safety training in the OSHA General Industry Standard.
