Ricketts, Matthew

Matt Ricketts is a 14 year cleaning industry veteran, and co-founded Better Life Maids, and former ARCSI board member. He currently serves on the advisory board of MaidCentral, an all-in-one software for the home cleaning industry. MaidCentral is designed to increase employee engagement, create happier customers through consistency and quality management, and increase profits through the automation of repetitive tasks and increased productivity. Before joining the cleaning industry, Matt spent the first part of his career as an airline pilot. He leveraged that experience to build a systematic approach to running his house cleaning company and brings that approach to his contributions to the MaidCentral team.
